June 17th, 2008 is apparently the first day that same-sex couples will be able to marry in California. The state has no residency or blood test requirement, meaning a couple may get married in One Day.
The official rules and regulations can be found Here. No doubt this official web page will soon remove the stipulation that only one man and one woman can marry.
A new poll also shows that by a narrow margin more Californians support same-sex marriages than oppose it.
